Welcome to Inclusion Care part of Eden Futures.

Providing needs-based and person-focused care packages that are tailored specifically to suit the client’s unique requirements, at Inclusion Care we strive to ensure that we deliver a level of service that is both appropriate and effective.

We offer a level of care and support that is based around the principles of flexibility and pro-activity, working with individuals who have a wide range of identified needs, including learning disabilities, mental health, acquired brain injury and physical disabilities such as spinal cord injury including (ventilator dependent).

As well as domiciliary care we can offer residential placements for supported living and individuals with complex care needs, and we have many properties throughout the UK that have been sourced in partnership with housing specialists and investors, adapting them to suit the client and their disability.

Our aim is to provide a high quality care home which feels like a home, where individuals are free to have choice, expression and opinions which are valued and encouraged, so that the needs, dreams and aspirations of individuals can be met.
